Mario Badescu Vitamin A-D-E Neck Cream

Anyone use this stuff? I recieved it as a sample, I made a rule to try it as often as I put my eye moisturizer on. I haven't seen much difference although my neck skin does feel soft. I don't know if it's worth the heavy, oily feeling and itchiness though.
