Male would like to thin his brows.

Hi. I've been getting my brows cleaned up for a few years now, lately I've been thinking of getting them thinner & more defined. When I first started getting them done, I had an esthetician jokingly say she was going to give me a nice arch while she was waxing them. I told her Go Ahead, we both laughed & she finished the cleanup. Lately I've been thinking of what she would've done if I had let her have free reign...

I realize that this may take a while to fill back in if I don't like it, but think I'm ready to give it a shot. I've heard various stories about hair not growing back once it's been waxed & am wondering how true this is.
