It if it's as bad as you say, it might be best to see a dermatologist/professional. I have larger pores, and while I don't think either do a thing to actually help pores long-term, both work the best under makeup at hiding 'em - Clarins Instant Smooth Perfecting Touch & Dr. Brandt's Pores No More pore refiner.

For the treatment of acne scars (a lot of people say scars when they actually mean post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, which is not the same thing), you would have to see a qualified dermatologist or plastic surgeon. Treatments are expensive and vary depending on your type and extent of scars, but they will give you improvement, although you rarely get even close to a 100% improvement. However, you would have to be free of active blemishes, otherwise it doesn´t make sense to treat the scars if there is still active acne possibly creating new scars, know what I mean? For your acne, nobody is going to be able to reocmmend something that really works without seeing your skin and hearing what you have already tried. If your acne is truly bad, you have to see a dermatologist so you´re not wasting your time with products that don´t work. I think a lot of people with acne (not meaning someone who gets 1-2 pimples a month) should see a dermatologist straight away. A lot of time people try out every product at the drugstore before seeing a specialist (and possibly accumulating more acne scars while still breaking out!) For blackheads, a chemical exfoliant like salicylic acid works best. To some degree, that can also minimize the look of large pores. However, a lot of people with acne are unfortunately stuck with large pores in certain areas. I hear that after years of acne and having oily skin, the pores can remain "stretched out", but I`m not sure if this is true.
