Has anyone had a chance to try this. I saw it today at the MAC Counter. I am having serious dehydration in my skin this winter and was wondering if this would help or is it too much.

What is the best way to get hydration to your skin. I normally have normal to oily skin. I am in a whole new territory with this dehydrated skin because I have never experienced this before.

Thanks, Teresa

I haven't tried that MAC product. I don't really use their skincare. There are a ton of good moisturizers out there. Lots of threads on this topic also. Since you tend to be oily, look for one that's oil free. Alot of ladies on here also like Coconut Oil. Here's a thread to check it out. https://forum.makeuptalk.com/f12...oil-48369.html

I've been using it for a about 2 weeks at night time only though. It's rich, but not greasy. My skin is more on the dry side. but for dehydration, I think I'd prefer to use a hydrating serum under it as well.

Thanks for the replies. I have been using the glycerin and water and also on top of that I have been using Cetaphil moisturing cream. It seems to be doing the trick. Cetaphil is cheap compared to the Moisturelush. I would not mind trying the eye cream though.

You need to hydrate inside as well to stop your skin dehydrating. Make sure you're drinking enough water.

A good moisturiser and an spf should both help too.
