I stumbled upon this Finnish import about 2 months ago. I have to fight a large pore problem on a daily basis...I am really self-conscious about it. Anyway, I found this Arctic Mask (there are two types - one is a peel off and one is a clay mask that dries and is then wiped off with a wet cloth) that works miracles. I kid you ladies not. This stuff works. I alternate the products on a weekly basis and have found that not only do they minimize pores, but they throughly cleanse the skin and makes my foundation glide on the next morning. They are sort of expensive for drugstore brands, but worth every penny.

1. Arctic Touch Purifying Peat-Facial Mask

2. Arctic Touch Peel-Off Pore-Clean

I also love Lumene's Purifying Peat-Facial Mask!

Thanks for letting us know. I knew Lumene had some primers, but I had no clue about the skincare products! I also am so so self concious about my pores.

Am I wrong, or is Lumene more geared toward aging skin? I mean, not that I couldn't use it, but that just seems to be how it's always advertised.

Lumene has got skincare lines for younger skin as well. Why they advertise the products for aging skin is because some of their products have won some awards, I think. One of their face creams was proven to be best in the market a couple of years ago if I remember correctly, it was some big international study.

I like the peat mask as well, but I think the peel off one will be discontinued though.

Thanks for the info! I've heard and seen this product on many Japanese Magazines.

Lumene is really nice. I used to use this blue mattifying day lotion, and wow was it mattifying. It was almost a little too dry, but I never had any shine when I used it.
