It's very pretty and tasteful. Here are some easy suggestions that i've read for successful blogs..
try not to have more than 5-7 posts per page because the pictures take longer to download and the reader gets impatient and will leave. For very long posts, hide them behind a cut with a "read more" link, put at least one photo at the top of your posts instead of the bottom, eye catching visuals draw a person in faster. Successful beauty bloggers sometimes post up to 20 times a day-but that is nearly impossible for most of us..so keep your content new, interesting and free of grammatical errors. Make sure you include your social networking links and linkbacks..facebook, twitter, myspace, etc. Use keywords several times in your article and tag each post so you will come up more in the search engines. and don't forget to visit, network and comment on other people's beauty blogs you like regularly. If they put a link to your blog on their's your reader numbers will increase. Put their site on your blog links too!
