As you're packing for your Summer travels, don't forget to bring along a good moisturizer. After spending hours high in the sky on an airplane, the stale recycled air can wreak havoc on your skin.
So today I'm kicking off a three-party series on facial moisturizing lotions. Not only are these creams luxuriously rich, but they're also less than 3 ounces, so you can toss them in your carry-on luggage without worry.
LancomeSecret.jpg

Secret De Vie Ultimate Cellular Reviving Crème by Lancome ($225) is an intense cream that contains a special ingredient called Sucre Vital, which helps plant life thrive under the sea. Your skin will feel pampered and soft and will look smoother, firmer, and radiant. This stuff is pricey, but it's got quite a large cult following, and people who buy it say it's well worth the cost.

For two more super-rich moisturizing lotions,
EsteeLauderHydraGelCreme.jpg

Hydra Complete Multi-Level Moisture Gel Creme by Estee Lauder ($34) is a mineral-rich creme with the texture of a gel. It is intended to quench thirsty skin and help insulate the skin from dehydration. While traveling, apply in the morning and the evening, and within a couple of days you should notice that skin feels smoother and plumper.

BiothermNS.jpg

Nutrisource Ultra Comforting Rich Cream by Biotherm ($45) is a like giving your skin a tall drink of water. This hydrating cream instantly relives dry, patchy, and unbalanced skin. It contain pure oils of apricot, coriander, ceramide, macadamia and passionflower, which create a layer of protection on you skin against dehydration. Also, it smells really good too.

Not only are these creams luxuriously rich, but they're also less than 3 ounces, so you can toss them in your carry-on luggage without worry.
LieracHydraChronoCreme.jpg

Hydra-Chrono Hydration Extreme Balm from Lierac ($47) is the perfect rich face balm for flights. It contains a moisturizing complex so divine that skin instantly looks hydrated and more supple. It also contains a technology called Aqua-pump, which acts like a hydraulic pump for your skin to reach the surface and the deep-down layers to help prevent wrinkles. To purchase, you can call 1-877-5-LIERAC or check the where to buy section.

For two more super-rich moisturizing lotions,
Apivita.jpg

Apivita Aromatherapy Dream Skin Face Cream ($35) is another amazing product from the great Greek skincare company. This is actually a night cream — great for red-eye flights — that helps your cells regenerate and build collagen more quickly. The lavender scent might also help you relax, and in the morning, your skin will feel revived and fresh.

L'OccitaneFace.jpg

L'Occitane 24 Hours Ultra Rich Face Cream ($36) is a thick moisturizing lotion made from plant extracts, shea butter, chestnut extract, and wheat protein. The idea behind this cream is that it nourishes your skin enough for one application to last a full day. When I tried it, my skin felt really smooth right away, but I didn't put it through a 24-hour test, so if you have, let me know what you thought.
