I have acne around that time of the month mostly. Im dry and crepey around my eyes lately and i get oily with acne (around cheeks and then sometimes on my forehead).
Im using Biore's Steam Activated Cleanser but it seems to be overly drying around my eyes! It does seem to keep me oily skin at bay and help with the acne sometimes. I exfoliate with these CVS gentle skin squares. Then i moisturize with Vanicream Lite Lotion.
I wear make up so i dont know if i should use a make up remover all over my face and then something else?

Any help would be great.

You already have a face routine, don't change what works :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

For the makeup remover, i wouldn't recommend wipes, to me they're only good for a quick cleaning on the go. Usually a makeup remover will also remove impurities and dirt along with your makeup, but if you feel it's not enough, then use a gentle cleanser, and make sure you moisturize after. I would avoid the creamiest formulas, they're good for normal to dry skin but with oily skin, they only seem to add uneeded shine.

What i like to do is use the oil cleansing method, which is just water (warm) and oil (i use almond, you can try olive, castor, or a combination). I wet a cotton pad then add a few drops of oil. You can also wet your face, then massage the oil directly on your face and rinse. I know it may sound ironic but it's not extra sebum i'm using, and actually some oils like hazelnut oil can help balance your skin towards a more "normal" state.

Other things i'd suggest is do a mask, clay considering you have oily skin and acne, it helps cleaning those pores and soaks up the oil. You can try green clay, or white clay, usually a tablespoon is enough for your face and neck, add water until it makes a paste and leave it on for 10 to 30 minutes. The clay mustn't dry so keep a water spray close.

Do you use a sunscreen? Sun is acne's enemy, so using a sunscreen can help dealing with this issue. It also prevents cancer and premature wrinkles. As long as you get a light formula for oily skins it won't add extra shine.

I agree with magosienne's wisdom.

I didn't read anything about sunscreen either.

If you want beautiful skin as you age, you must use sunscreen.

If your skin is oily, look look an oil free version like Olay or Neutrogena.

I use Aveeno baby, lol! I figure it has less stuff in it than versions intended for adults. Before I used the Neutrogena broad spectrum or active one. They both went all over, including eyes. I just had to make sure I didn't sweat cuz it burned if it got in my eye.

Simple, Apply moisturizing skin cream to your face each day and be sure and use a sunscreen product throughout the year.
