Laser acne treatment

Does anyone have any experience of this? I had a skin test for treatments today and it all went fine but I'm still a little nervous about the whole thing. I know it'll probably get rid of the spots but will it stop them from coming back? My spots tend to occur depending on what I eat and the time of the month, would the laser change all that?

I can't remember the name exactly but its a type of light that they direct at the pimple. Not like the ones in films lol.

No idea as I've never tried it... Would be interested in knowing if anyone else has had experiences!
