Lactic Acid and Microdermabrasion

hi girls,

help me out here.

I just ordered from makeupartistchoice the 40% lactic acid.

Now, do I do this 1X a week? and can I then a few days later do the Mary Kay microdermabrasion, or are those 2 the same sort of thing? so confusing..

any help would be greatly appreciated!
