I began using la mer a while ago and LOVED it. I used the original creme, eye balm, and moisturiser. I noticed that after a few months, i stopped seeing results and i was hoping this was just temporary. I perservered, and after another month, my skin began to look really dull and even broke out. Has anybody else who has used la mer experienced this? :icon_eek:

I am really upset about it as i really thought i had found my HG skincare. A friend of mine recommended La Prairie (she has used it for years and has fantastic skin) and i eventually began to try it out. I have used it for about 3 weeks now and i am loving the results, although i am still quite sceptical as i want to CONTINUE seeing results to justify having this expensive skincare-i am just hoping that it does not have the same negative effect that la mer did!

I have to admit that i now think the same......... Still loving my la mer lip balm and hand cream though.

My mum has very dry skin and she is in love with la mer. It has worked wonders for her skin and she looks radiant. I really wanted to keep buying it too, but if it doesnt work then there is no point.

I am loving la prairie, going to buy the de-sensitizing serum tommorow after hearing such great reviews about it. Luckily, i got samples of all the la prairie stuff i use before i actually bought them and they last a good while. Heres hoping the improvements continue because i dont want to be switching again! :icon_eek: :icon_chee

I love La Mer but I use the Moisturising Lotion. The creme is just tooooooo much for my skin.

Hello I read good reviews on this line in magazines.I really wanted to start using La Mer they say alot of celebrities like J.Lo use it.Yea the cream is to rich but they say they have this lotion type for combination skin.

Has anyone used it?

I've tried the LM moist.. but it make my skin worst.. I think it is most suitable for dry skin. I hv ance prone skin.

I heard that JLo was using LM skincare. :icon_bigg
