Hi I used the Glycolic 30% and when I was doing it two to three times a week i was doing fine and then when i started being so happy with effectiveness that I upped it to once or twice a day (eek) i really messed up my face for a few days, lol. So I think if you were to do it once every three days that should be okay.

for 30% glycolic, you should only be doing a peel once a week. 30% is pharmceutical grade. Your skin needs time to repair and if you do it too often, you will just end up with bad, not to mention painful, skin.
