Hi everyone. A few days ago I began using Jojoba oil as my face moisturizer due to the fact that I am completely fed up with normal moisturizers. So far everything is great, except that it has left a few areas a bit drier than usual(I normally have combo skin). I'm thinking it might just be my face getting used to the change(until now I used heavier creams), but I was wondering if anyone had some tips on alleviating the dryness.

Thanks!

if you don't, try using a toner (floral water, thermal water) before applying your oil. i also like applying macadamia oil on my cheeks (dry area on my face).

Jojoba oil isnt very moisturizing. There are more moisturizing oils like camellia. I use Silkia camellia oil and it never gives me any dryness. My skin stays hydrated the whole day and looks silky and glowy.

What really works is using jojoba underneath a normal moisturizer. Jojoba helps with dry skin a big deal, but I found that its best to use it with some other face cream. Also, do you exfoliate? You might want to consider getting a face scrub and a toner to get rid of the flakies.
