Jennifer Lopez is to launch a new fragrance called " Live"

I saw her talkin about it on mtv news 3 days ago n thought i should tell u about it :icon_love

she says "it's a bit different than the other scents, it's more dynamic and livley scent, suits every urban yet glamour and chic girl"

she also talked about the comercial, making it and its concept.

can't wait to try it. didnt like how the bottole looks though :icon_roll

I have tried it but didn`t like it.Too heavy for me.I love Still and Glow though!!!:icon_smil

oh yeah? from the way she talked about it, i thought it was very cool and refreshing

can u describe it?

i saw it yesturday when i went to the mall, but didnt care to smell it, i love her miami glow perfume though.

I tried it on at the mall the other day. I quite liked it and my hubby did too. But, with all the fragrance I already have, I wouldn't say it was so exceptional that I HAD to have it. Unlike Euphoria, which I MUST get for Christmas.

I tried Glow and Still and didn't like them so I think I'll pass on this one.

Ooh yeah, Euphoria is really good stuff.

it was love at first sniff =>

I have Miami Glo and I like that, however, I will say that Stoked smells very close to it.

looks interesting, but most of the celeb perfumes are either too sweet (Paris, curious etc) or too strong for me.

Mmmm that Euphoria stuff smells goood!

I really like Live, I found that the best thing about Glow was the bottle, Still was nothing special, Miami Glow was nice but not really worth the money, would have been better as a body spray, so yea Live is the best one!

i totally agree w you, i smelled live the other day at the mall, didn't like THAT much, but i thought it was the best in the line, didn't like glow, miami nor still even though they come in nice bottoles..

so yeah this makes the best secent in her line... so far :icon_smil

She also has another perfume coming out soon. Its another perfume in the Glow "series" its called Love at First Glow... it smells good

I LOVE glow. It is such a gorgeous smell and i always have a bottle of this in my perfume collection. I do not like 'still', 'miami glow' or the new 'live' perfume. I have the glow shower gel and body lotion too, and when they are layered together i am in scent heaven! :icon_chee

I've smelled her scents and i like them, loved the glow bottle, but i just hate J-lo!!! So i refrain from buying her stuf cos i hate the idea of making her more profit to spend on furs!:icon_roll Maybe i'mtoo into my animal rights :icon_eek: :icon_redf :icon_redf

Coconut_cutie: I agree with you about J-lo. I am not a fan of hers personally, and I am also an animal rights supporter (have been since i was 8 years old and joined the BUAV!) and I have never liked her as a person. I do love her perfume though but I do not agree at all with her politics regarding fur and i never will. To quote my car window sticker: ' Real fur is worn by beautiful animals and ugly people' . I do not have patience for anybody who thinks it is acceptable to wear real fur and never will.

I think i am a bit hypocritical in that I support animal rights organisations, but i wear real leather :icon_redf but like Chrissie Hynde said: 'We all have to start somewhere'

To the best of my knowledge, I do not have any products in my house that are tested on animals and i regulary check on the Peta website to ensure I am still up-to-date. I go on to a lot of animal rights websites as i like to be involved when i can.

yeah i gotta admit i'm a bit hypocritical too, as i wear real leather and i have some boots that are suede. Its true we all have to start somewhere, and in both our defences (and any other leather wearing-animal righters), leather is much more difficult to avoid in terms of making concious decisions to not buy it because its so widespread and accepted, i mean the amount of times i've bought leather shoes etc, where its not even dawned on me that its leather, y'know, whereas with fur theres no not 'noticing' it. I have been looking into non leather designers, the most obvious one being stella mcartney, but boy do her shoes cost!
