ISO moisturizing hand cream

I've tried Watkins, Mary Kay, Body Shop and some other lotions but nothing seems to keep my hands moisturized for long and/or exfoliates b/c with aging skin (in my 40's) I want to smooth away some of those lines.

Is there anything you could recommend that isn't too greasy but will moisturize well and is the low-medium price range? I'm in Canada but go to Bellingham quite often so can shop in the US too.
