Is there such thing as a shampoo that doesn't strip the natural oil in our hair?

I have dry and brittle hair, and I do not heat style my hair. My hair becomes very stiff and frizzy after it dries naturally. Both drug store or more expensive hair masks and oils can only so much and I feel like they can only reach a certain threshold and the condition of my hair stops improving. As soon as I stop using the products (other than shampoo and conditioner) my hair condition worsen again. I am hoping to find a product that truly doesn't leave my hair dry for long term improvement. Currently using a shampoo free from sulfate, sulfosuccinate and etc. but I still feel that it is a little lacking. I never repurchase the same product and some I don't even finish using because I still can't find the right ones for my hair.

I personally use L'Oreal Ever Creme from their Expertise line. It is sulfate and paraben free, and it leaves my hair soft, silky, and moisturized. I don't use heat on my hair at all, and just recently colored it for the first time in years (just for reference as to my hair type). I have natural blonde hair that is usually oily at the roots and dry at the ends with other, regular shampoos and conditioners, but this one gives it the perfect balance. I only wash my hair maybe 3 times per week as that's all it needs.

Yes there is - I read this blog overallbeauty.com/beauty-blog/2014/03/29/pro-naturals-hair-repair-system-saving-my-hair-from-me/ and this review nyctalon.com/pro-naturals-moroccan-argan-oil-review/ and I am totally sold on this product.   I even use the argan oil on my neck and around my eyes after cleansing and toning every night.
