So I have been dying my hair super light neutral blonde for about 4 years and it is a pain to maintain to say the least. My natural hair color is light brown with some natural dark blonde highlights. I have contemplated dying my hair my natural color but it will be expensive since my hair has been bleached for years but if I did it at home it will more likely than not turn orange and/or fade super quick.Growing my color out seems to be an option I am open to but don't really want to look like a weirdo with dark roots and light ends.

So my question is, is this ombre trend here for a little while longer? Can it be pulled off for work in a very professional setting (think old conservative men in suits all day)? Is it overdone for 2014? Let me know your opinions, you lovely people of MUT, you!

Hey, I think Ombre is still cool but you should maybe customize it a little, do a highlight ombre like Jessica Biel for example, to be more 2014! what do you think?
