Is anyone using Hydroderm Products?

i was on the fda website and saw that a warning letter had been issued to hydroderm stating that they can't market their product as skincare because it claims to restructure the body. either the verbiage has to be changed or the product has to be marketed as a "drug". if anyone would like to know more please check the link below!

Hhmmm....I've tried their eye serum, but it didn't do much for me, so I never repurchased. According to that site, that letter was issued almost 2 1/2 years ago.

i noticed that, too. i wonder how long the fda gives them to comply? now mind you, it doesn't say that the product doesn't work, just that they can't market it as a cosmetic. if they have to market it as a drug will you need a prescription to purchase? i thought of it as more of a heads up to anyone using the product.
