In desperate need of skincare advice

I am 34, with dry skin. I have some hyper pigmentation of sun spots that I would like to lighten but mostly, I am looking for products that will give good hydration to my skin.

Drug store or high end doesn't matter.

I have been using Philosophy's Purity cleanser with my clarisonic before bed and in the morning when I shower I have been using the Simple face wash.

Do you have some recommendations that I should look into? It seems that most people talk about oily skin problems but, I have the opposite issue.
