I just want to say a quick "I'm sorry" for not responding to all the great advice you ALL have given me on the "fine, thin, hard-to-hold-a-style hair" post. I have them ALL saved in a folder that I will respond to later. I've just been having a VERY hard time right now with a difficult relationship and my heart is broken, I'm confused, and I can't think of much right now. I WILL answer all of them......I'm just hurting right now.

I'm leaving with my son and my youngest grandson (4 months old) on Friday to go to Tulsa, Oklahoma to spend some time with my daughter and her family.........I NEED this right now. I've not dated in over 15 years and gave my heart to a man who broke it. So......what I'm saying is that I will answer everyone later.......when I heal a bit more.

But......I really DO relate to one of you (Pauline???) who has went through a period of depression.....OH MY......me too right now. BUT.....I did get my order of "Product Jonathan Create Volume Thickening Foam" and WOW is ALL I can say for this product. After putting THIS in my hair, it was TWICE as thick and LOVELY.........HONEST!!

But......I can't think much right now, so I'll answer all the posts later. THANK YOU all for the advice.

In fact, right now I'm thinking of changing that "sexy senior" thing in my signature.....I don't feel so much that way right now. AND it was my ex-husband's brother who did this.....OH WELL!!

Shirley - time heals all wounds. Just take the time you need and being with your daughter might very well take your mind off things (for the most part). Heads up and lots of hugs, kisses and warm wishes being sent your way!

Don't u dare change the "sexy senior" reference on ur signature!

i'm sorry to hear that you're going through this right now. i think most, if not all of us, know and understand how you feel. so don't worry and take your time. have fun with your family and try not to think of the son of a b*!ch b@$t@rd a$$hole.

Hope you feel better soon Shirley! I know where you're coming from - so take your time & we'll be here!

Remember a couple of weeks back when I posted that I was dating my ex-husband's brother and he broke my heart? I then decided to go to Tulsa, Oklahoma to spend some time with my daughter and her family for a while to heal.

Well......I did and had a WONDERFUL time. BUT.....when I returned home last Tuesday and Al knew I was back, he almost RAN over here 'with his hat in his hand' to get back together with me. He said..... "I had NO idea I could miss somone so much and didn't know it was even possible!".....(ME.....

) and it made him see how much he really loved me.

NOW we have been together almost every day since then and he wants me to marry him!!! He's getting me a ring for Christmas and wants to get married in June. SO......the saga has a happy ending AND......I guess it's true that "absence makes the heart grow fonder". It sure woke HIM up.

Happy camper and future bride.......(I NEVER thought I would EVER get married again!)images/smilies2/wub.gif
