I lowered my Real Age Score!

when i first took this test about a year ago i was totally mortified that my real age was almost 2 years more than my actual age. i retook the test and now my "real age" is .7 less than my actual age! yay! i'm actually reversing my age! thank goodness, that test had me really tripping! i guess you never really know the effects of some of the things you're doing until someone points it out to you! great test! super happy i did it! has anyone else been brave enough to check it out? post your thoughts!

lost weight, started taking vitamins, started exercising. several things that i think contributed! really cool!

I think you can just go to realage.com. If not, then try doing a search for it. When I took the test a few months ago, I was at my age if I remember right.

I took the test a while ago, but I don't remember what the result was.

well, guess it's time for me to take it again, lol!

EDIT: ok, got the results back, it says my real age is 27.3 years (yay!), but I definitely could make more improvements on my health and fitness.
