Thank you so very, very much. I could not find the answer to my question anywhere over the internet. I am surprised I did not come across what you found after all the searching. I even e-mailed the company I have gotten it from, three times, over the past week-and-a-half, but they still have yet e-mailed me back.
I have been using the Glycolix Elite pads after each cleansing and I am amazed at the results. I started off using the Anew pads from Avon, which were 10% and worked fairly well and kept my face smooth, but the Glycolix Elite 20% work so much better than I expected. There is more of a tingling, but it does subside after about a minute.
