Hi there! I just bought Loreal ReFinish dermabration kit. According to the instructions I am not to use it around my eyes, nostrals, or mouth. I bought the kit to battle the fine lines under my eyes. Can you use dermabration techniques under your eyes? Is the company only conserned about not allowing the exfoliator getting in my eyes? Thanks Leslie.

Thank You Kim! I'll not put the scub near that area. Does that also go for a glycolic peel? I see Loreal has also put out that product as well. Thanks again. Leslie. :satisfied:

the skin just under eyes are the thinner than any other skin on face. EXTREMELY sensitive I would reccomend that you DO NOT put ANYTHING under eye area. thats why women begin to wrinkle under eyes first. dont even use cleanser there. clean eyes with makeup remover, and use anti aging cream. No, Im not aging, Im only 22, but use that to prevent. Trust me- I washed face with cleaser for a long time and after a while if you skin bruises easily, or you have sensitive skin, you will get REALLY THIN SCAB under eye! And under eye area will appear darker. when you use face mask, microderm or facial cleanser, always make sure you look like a racoon when applying. I reccomend MAC eye makeup remover and MARY KAY Timewise Firming eye cream. Eyes will look brighter within 1 week w/ eye cream. SERIOUS!!! xoxo

Kim doesn't use microderabrasion under the eyes, but I do. BUT, I use my little finger to apply/massage so I don't overdo it. Also, I apply it in very small patches and go in very small circles so there's no tendency to rub in long linear lines.

i use the neutrogena microdermabrasion on my eyes with no problem--its cause they dont want you to get the aluminum oxide into your eyes--i am sure that wicked hurts! my kit doesnt even say avoid the eyes....but i am very gentle there...
