ok the other day i noticed a zit on the inside wall of my nose. now the left side of my nose hurts and if i touch it on the outside (like i have an itch or something) it hurts.

i have no idea what to do. i mean do you try to pop it, do you let it run its course but be left with a sore nose. i cant figure out how i got one but its just starting to really bug me.

 
Those are the worst and they are impossible. I have had them before and I have taken hot compresses (something small)....I mean as hot as you can stand and actually stuck it up my nose. The heat will help it pop faster, but don't try to pop it yourself. You can try the heat on the outside of your nose also. Maybe not as hot, but it feels good. Hope it goes away for you soon.

 
Omg I had this the other day, a pimple on the outer bit of my nose but it hurt like mad

OMG, I currently have it right now. And I've had it for a couple days already.......... I really hate it. When I touch the outside where ( where the pimple is ) gentaly, It hurts so much =( ugh ! hopefully, It'll go away soon. And yours will too.

 
I had one last week and they are itchy and hurt. I just popped mine and then put a little Differin in that area and I was fine the next day.

 
i hate pimples like that. i would just let it run it's course..the hot compress sounds like a good idea. if you do pop it, use a warm washcloth and press, and then clean before and afterwards.

 
Oh I'm sorry that sounds awful. I have tiny little blackheads at the 'entrace' lol of my nose. I have no idea what to do about them. I hope it doesn't bother you too much. The hot compress sounds like it'd be worth a shot. Get better!

 
My SO gets this all the time and we've been trying to figure it out too. After reading the Apple Cider Vinegar thread, I am thinking that putting some on a q-tip and dabbing it on may help? Anyone have any experience with this?

OMG! I'm so sorry you have one like that! I've honestly never had one, let alone heard of one like that! Wow! I hope it heals/goes away ASAP!

 
Okay we all know to leave it alone but honestly if it's causing you that much pain no one is going to see it I say in a dark room all by yourself pick it, squeeze it or do whatever you have to. I know it isn't the norm but I had one once that just wouldn't leave so after a little one on one I did the dirty work and scratched it away I immediately felt less pain and I have never had one since?!?

 
OMG, I had mine for a couple days. & I had come across this thread a few days ago..... and tryed the ' put something hot on it ' & it felt so much better. The next day, it didn't hurt as much and by the end of the day it healed !!!!!!!!!

 
in the past when i got this, i took a Q-tip ran it under the hottest tap water and just put it on the zit, i would do this repeatedly and it seem to relief some of the discomfort.

After all the suggestions I'm sure it has gone away. What did ya do?
 
I have had those before, and I know, I know, but I popped it and I cleansed it. I think its' easier to get the pain overwith rather than spending a week waiting for it to go away.

 
I know you aren't supposed to, but when I have had one I just popped it and cleaned it really well with a hot washcloth.
