Soooo

should I be like moisterizing my body or suttin? I am nervous about anti aging stuff on my face since I know many ladies faces went beserk on them after using anti aging stuff on their face..

I am aging gracefully I am 36 now.. I wanna keep my self young as long as I can

Sugestions?

Umm ..vaseline?? Honestly I think Vaseline is the solution to everything! Except maybe a kitten that refuses to be house trained.

LMAO! I wish it was that simple with kittens!

I honestly have no real idea... The best thing to do is try something and see what happens... At least IMHO it is.

- sunscreen, hat, shades

- healthy diet (for example, diet rich in sugar has been linked to faster skin aging)

- excercise (better circulation also means better skin)

- moisturize but do not overdose on beauty products

- retinoids (but this requires some knowledge)

- BHA, AHA (also requires some research)

I too have a crazy obssession with my body skin, I use moisterizing soap but I use it with my body brush in the shower, I* scub my whole body with the brush, then I use a in shower lotion or an body oil, ( I love's boothes body oil, smells like burberry), then I get out and put another lotion, usually creamy baby oil, and then I might put vaseline or something like it on my elbows and my knees and feet. I hope that even if my face ages badly at least my body will look good!

this is a great list! i think the first three items are the most important and i'd add water, water, water!

i think it has more to do with what you put in you than on you although yes do moisterize but get plenty of sleep water exercise and eat healthy

Agree! I want to add collagen, find something that can stimulates the collagen productions.

By the way, you don't look 36 at all!
