hey all!

Due to rising heat last summer, my natural skin tone has been changed badly. The skin of arms and feet which was directly exposed to sunlight has gone tan. NOooo! i always used sun screen lotion

but still my complexion is changed. I want to recover my fair skin back. Please tell me what i must do?

You could try exfoliating your skin every week. Nothing fancy, just body wash and brown sugar will do.

The reality is time - in a few months your skin will recover on its own.

I agree, exfoliate your skin, and wait, eventually your tan will fade and you will find your color back

Sunscreen doesn't prevent anyone from tanning, just from burning.  Tanning is something your body does naturally unless you are an albino.  The only way you don't tan is to stay out of the sun. Some degree of sun exposure is healthy.  If you avoid sunlight, you'll have to suppliment your vitamin D.

Over time, it will fade.

Soon enough you'll return to your natural color once all of the skin cells with burnt pigment shed away.. which should only take a few months.
