Here are a Few tips to help make your skin feel good and healthier. I am going to explain some instruction for healthy skin.

Drink lots of water. The more water you drink the better you will look and feel guaranteed.

Wash your skin everyday with a moisturizing soap. Wash Your face 3 to 4 times in a day.

Make sure to Remove Your make up before You go to bed in every night.

Wear sunscreen everyday, even in the winter or when it is cloudy out. The longer you protect your skin from harmful sun rays, the more your skin will love you.

Use Moisturize. Use a natural lotion that is not made from an alcohol base each night before bed.

One the most important components of skin health is vitamin A. One of the best places to get it is low-fat dairy products.

Avoid Oily Food and Fast Food. take a fresh fruits and juice everyday. Its a really very helpful for your skin.

I tend to disagree with two points : drink water yes, but not to large amounts. An excess of water is just as bad as dehydration. The 1.5L rule is a good rule to respect.

Washing your face 3, 4 times a day? Isn't that too extreme? Two times a day seems enough for me. I would say a soap that isn't harsh with your skin, rather than a moisturising soap.

Vitamin A is important, as others are, that's why eating fresh fruits and vegetables is important. I think you can also get vitamin A in carrots.

Washing your face more than twice a day is extreme and will potentially cause the skin to go into overdrive with the oil glands producing more oil, especially if you have oily skin.

As for water, too much water is actually bad for your kidneys and will flush out too much salt and electrolytes that the body needs. Best rule of thumb is to have at least one 12 ounce glass of water with each meal and drink an additional three 12 ounces (36 ounces total) in between meals. If you don't eat three meals a day then make sure to drink one 12 ounce of water after waking up, one around noon and a third around 6 PM with the additional three in between those times.

My recommendation is approximately 72 ounces per day which is a little over 2 liters of water per day. Put it this way, I drink at least one of these babies each day but I also drink four to five of those cups full of water each day. It does take me the entire day to drink that 1 liter of Pepsi and I do supplement my Pepsi habit with at least twice the amount of water. Each cup is less than 1 liter, if I recall correctly it's like 3/4. In fact, after I finished taking that picture did I finish drinking my water and went for a second glass. The Pepsi went to the freezer since I had my morning sip.
