so, in the last couple of years, A friend is suffering from skin problem. Due to a lot of sport, her skin color has changed. while she had a naturally brown skin, it has overtime darkened quite a bit. is there anyway to somehow get it back? She wear a lot of sunscreen but that doesn't really make a difference skin-color wise. Any tips on how she can get the original colour back?

Hello friend,,One suggestion now to you as you play sports so you have to use sunscreen cream so that your skin may be good and as now you are having problem and your skin colour is changed to you can use skin brightener so that your skin colour changes and it

As your friend is a player so extensive sun burn is a must in her life. So its better to go for natural skin care product which will cost lesser damage to skin . Drink of lot of water and green vegetables . A healthy man shows his good health through his skin condition.

As you have said that she wear lots of sunscreen dispite that she have a dark skin.  As per my knowledge she should have to use natural products or home based products.Drink plenty of water, use aloe Vera gel, she can also use turmeric.

Just an average sunscreen is not enough, it has to be a good sunscreen for effective protection. They say that many US sunscreens sold at drugstores are just average. It's better to buy European sunscreens. Also, she needs to reapply sunscreen every hour if she's out in the sun a long time.

Papaya soap lightens skin! the active agent is papain, which lighten skins and exfoliates the dark skin
