how do you think i could do this? i have about the same length hair if not longer. It doesnt look teased to me. but just wondering if anyone knows how to achieve this look.?

I'm gonna guess volumizing mousse or spray, JUMBO hair rollers for the crown, strong hold hairspray, and medium/large barrel curling iron for the bottom half of the hair.

I think it has been teased a bit at the crown and either pieces wrapped around a curling iron or hot rollers, then textures raked through with fingers.

Looks like Carmen Electra to me... I agree with the girls though about the hair... It's teased to some degree somewhere!

A large round brush and volumizing spray. At the crown, with a blowdryer, use a couple spritzes of volumizing spray. You could tease but it works with a roundbrush alone if you use the right volumizing spray, hair spray after to hold it tends to weigh the hair down rather than keep it up.

Or velcro rollers on almost dry hair, at the crown use a light spritz of volumizing spray and a blowdryer.

Then curl the rest with a medium to large sized curling iron.

...the trick with a round brush is to lift the hair at the root upward while blowdrying it, otherwise it wants to lay flat against your head.

i agree about using the round brush and lifting the roots while blow drying. a root lifter or mousse will help add volume too. and if you're good with a curling iron, or rollers..and a good hairspray. this a very pretty look.

blowdrying the hair when preped with volumnizer or a roller set with blowdry to give vol.

and hair extensions strand by strand
