i think i apply either way too much or too little moisterizer on my face. How much is enough/ right amount for the face?

Are there any special techniques, like how to apply/ spread the product, to maximize the use so i dont end up wasting anything and the product is throughly applied to all over my face, including the neck?

After putting moisturizer, your skin should not feel greasy or dry...that is when you know that it is enough. How to find out how much moisturizer is enough? I would start with a small amount. If it still feels dry, add a little more. Keep doing that till it feels just right. I also try to massage my skin a little when I apply moisturizer, just to increase the blood circulation.

Like you said, you don't want to waste it either and my skin is very oily so if I put on too much....I can tell later on in the day.

Once I've gotten the hang of the moisturizer (such as when I'm starting to use a different brand), I put a decent sized dot on my forehead, each cheek and my chin. Then I gently work it in to cover the face. When I use my regular moisturizers, I know exactly how much I need, and can just put it in my hand and go from there.

Should I actually get too much out, I actually take the tube and lightly act as if I'm getting more, but then let go. The air seems to "suck" it back into the tube. I do that until I have just enough without a lot or any excess. (Don't know if that just made sense though...)

I would start with about a nickel size amnt in your hand and dot it around to your neck, chin, cheeks, nose and forehead.

Always work your spreading movement up (so years from now you are not sagging-) from the neck in a light massage movement (massaging movement will help circulation and tighten neck muscles). Dont pull the skin.

If you skin feels dry when you are done, it never hurts to apply a little more.

Aloha
