How much apple cider vinegar?

I don't believe I actually did find out how much apple cider vinegar to put in your glass of water for skin treatment???

Does it matter how much water you have?

iv just looked at the other thread, and its one cup of water with 1 tablespoon of ACV and u can add a drop of honey for flavour.

oh no! you poor girl! did you try drinking 50/50 to drink!? i was drinking two tablespoons for one glass for a long time and then realized it was only one! made drinking it a whole lot easier - that's for sure!
