Volumising mousse, i guess, anything to get volume. The bangs imo seem blowdried straight, i would set that with hairspray or little bit of gel.

The ponytail looks like the beginning of a french twist.

A lot of teasing! They have probably used a volumising product, and then teased it, similar to how you would tease your hair if you are doing a poof/quif/whatever you wanna call it! The front and the back of the ponytail looks like it's either been blow dried or straightened and it looks like she has teased the underside of her hair as well.

tease all the top and the sides, use a smoothing brush to brush it all back and smooth out the top layer over your teasing (boar bristle brushes work great for this), make a ponytail on the crown of your head, take two bobby pins, grab your ponytail right below the elastic,take your bobby pin and insert it at the top of your ponytail, then back through above the elastic, use as many as you need to get it to hold, and your ponytail will have that bouncy poofy effect that hers has in the back.

Separate your bangs from the rest of your hair and tease the top of your head, then pull it back into a ponytail, then straighten your bangs. For the bump you can do this.. just put your hair in a ponytail with an elastic and then flip it up on to the top of your head and place a clip over the elastic and then flip it back down over the clip and you will get that bump instantly, I do it all the time.. it probably won't be that thick unless you have really thick hair because she most likely uses extensions but you'll definitely get the look!
