How can I style my hair like that?

My hair has a lot of volume.The problem is that the fringe can't stand.How can I stabilise it high?

my fringe bit always flops as well. the only solution i've found is to use straighteners, and at the root of the fringe sort of twist, as if you're curling it almost, to give it a rounded shape.

I would say hairspray, and teasing got it to look like that

Use a volumising spray on the roots, also using a round brush when blow drying, or using a velcro roller in the fringe area can help add volume and of course, lots of hair spray!
