Hi all,

I would like to make a homemade facial cream. This is the recipe that I have found.

Homemade Facial Serum Recipe, Dry Skin   Ingredients: 2 tablespoons Avocado oil 1 tablespoon Jojoba oil 1 tablespoon Rosehip oil 6 drops Jasmine Essential oil 5 drops Sandalwood Essential oil 6 drops Ylang Ylang Essential oil   Directions Add the carriers oils to a dark, glass bottle. Then add the essential oils, shake well. Apply 2 drops to face and neck. Shake before each use.

My big question is, how to store that, because I don't want to thicken it. So I found that  - this is a pretty good jar, but I dont' know the usefulness. Please help me girls! thanks :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Whats the jar for?  to store your oils?  or to turn to some cream? An airless pump bottle would be better for either one of them.
Where'd you get the EO - specifically  the jasmine and sandalwood??

I would like to store the oils, because last time it did'nt works. It thickens. Well where I have found the jar, there are some other containers. Which is the best? Please tell me!

Well here in Budapest, I can buy these things. There is a really big and well-equiped store where everything is available or I can order that.

I'm not understanding... it thickened? Where were you storing it that it thickened?  In the fridge, oils will thicken.  You just have to worry when oils change colour and smell rancid.

The oils would be better in a dark airless pump rather than an open jar.  You get better portion control and no air to oxidize the product and you also don't contaminate your whole jar to use it.  My suggestion would be is to make small batches and store the oils in the refridgerator.
