Hi everyone, I am new in this forum, and I really need your help. I am in skin care school and having a small project in finding or home making skin care products such as cleanser, mask and moisturizer. Can any one out there help me or give me some ideas or some formulas to make skin care products? I really appreciate your help. Thanking for your help in advance.:icon_roll

Hello there and welcome to MUT!How about home made mask? Try mixing plain yogurt, oatmeal(old fashsion), and honey until it forms into a paste.

Hi welcome to Mut! Everyone raves about the aspirin mask so thats a suggestion. Theres a thread somewhere around here about it... might be a few threads down

Welcome,

I'm a fan of using baking soda as an exfoliant, the aspirin mask and witch hazel as a toner.

I would recommend googling 'homemade skin care recipes', how about a honey and banana mask, I think it's for dry skin...honey is very moisturising.

My all time fave is a simple cocoa mask:

cocoa

honey

thick cream (preferably whipping cream)

= AMAZING GLOWING AND MOISTURIZED SKIN

seriously... try it. 3-4 times a week.

Mix oats powder with rose water apply it on face for 30 mins it will give glowing skin...

I use lemon juice as an astringent, or mix it with sugar and a bit of honey to make a scrub. My skin has really cleared up in the past few weeks by doing this twice a week.

Avocado

cream cheese

oliv oil

all for moisture

egg-for tightening your skin

lemon-for cleaning & brightening

basicly i think all nature products are good foe something.
