Help With my blonde hair !!

Hi Everyone,

My name is Sylvie and I am new to here and really need some help with my hair at the minute.

I have been blonde for around 14 years roughly. I am 31 now.

Below your see two pictures of my hair when my hair was at a colour I loved.

The girl who used to do my hair back then has since moved away and I have not found another hairdresser liker her

.

The girl that does my hair now is lovely but sometimes doesn't listen.

So I was wondering can anyone on here tell me what colours/shades they think my old hairdresser used to use on me ?

It looks like she might need to go for an ash blonde on top and then platinum colored low lights...To make it look natural you need to go for root highlights in-between root touch ups.

Remember the top layer only must be this ashy/platinum color. And you can make it as light as you want, especially in the front..

Tell her to not put the same color underneath. It needs to be a very mousy brown. I hope she will listen to you now
