I've never heard of it, is it a cream or spray?  These days I'm so weary of too much sun exposure, but I'm a little paranoid.  LOL!

This is a scam / hoax. Avoid this stuff like the plague. "anna469" is part of some sort of currently active web campaign to spread the word of this crap. If you use this you will likely damage your skin and/or health permanently. Avoid.
