Has anyone ever ordered from gotskincare.com? If so, was everything ok?

I've never personally ordered from this store but it doesn't look like the most reputable store on the Web. What product are you looking for exactly? I'm sure you can find it elsewhere at a better site.

I just did.

My order was sent 5 days late, then I emailed the seller about it.

I got not reply.

I called them to follow up.

They called back at 6pm just now.

I thought I was very pollite and matter of fact - no raising voice, no cursing, no demands for anything....

She told me the item was on backorder and that someone should have contacted me - but didn't. 

I told her I had needed the item in time for a trip and now that would not happen.

(They offer no refunds.)

I said in the future it would be good to be notified if they could not fulfill the next-day-shipping promise they make in writing. I have been ordering with them for 2 years.

HERE's the CRAZY:

She told me that since I was being so difficult (2 minutes on the phone) and "didn't spend very much money" with them ($64 every two months!!!) that she wouldn't mind me taking my business elsewhere.

NO PROBLEM.

NOT RECOMMENDED!

Sorry but first time i heard this name...my advice to you is go for any recommended or reputed store.
