I bet there are loads, but they'll be small companies and you'd need to google them or something like that??

I know of a few people (through other sites) that sell the products they make, but they're all US based. Plus I've never actually tried any of the products.

Try etsy.com and search for makeup/eyeshadow/lipbalm whatever it is your looking for. It's like ebay, but everything is made by the sellers. Pretty much my favorite site ever, you'll find a ton of stuff.
