Has anybody used any of these? There are several on the market right now, and I was wondering what kind of results they were getting.

I've heard great things about them but the price keeps me from taking the plunge. I'd also like to wait for more reviews before investing in it.

If you go to the Essential Day Spa forum there is currenly a 38 page thread about one of these called the Baby Quasar. There is also some positive talk about LightStim. I ended up buying a LightStim for $179 on sale. Mostly I was interested in it for treating some redness, spider veins and stretch marks. It has a 90 day return policy, so I let you know how it goes.
