The body shop hemp hand cream definately, not one of the most pleasant smells but it is certainly a heavy duty hand cream for this harsh weather.

I like:

Burt's Bees Almond Milk Beeswax Hand Creme... it is veryyy moisturizing, comes in a little jar and is very thick, all natural, and smells like almond cookies :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

also, Le Couvent des Minimes Repairing Hand Cream with Honey & Shea from Bath & Body Works... smells like honey, is a thick cream in a squeeze tube and is very nice as well.

I use the Avon's Satin Hands system. I love it! It has an exfoliator and a cream and all kinds of fun stuff.

I am handcream addicted..These are good handcream for me...

L'occitane Shea Butter

The Body Shop Almond Oil Hand Treatment

C&E Hand Therapy, and Hand Recovery.

I sound like a broken record, but Nivea Creme (original or "soft") are still my favourites. I also read in Allure that if you use a thick hand cream your nails will be much strong, and since I have very weak, brittle nails I thought I'd give it a try which is why I began using nivea, and sure enough my nails have never been stronger or looked better.

XXXSPAMXXX My sister-in-law gave me a jar for Christmas and I'm totally HOOKED!! My hubby likes it too! Not only is this cream super silky and ultra moisturizing, it is not greasy and smells divine. My cream is Hawaiian White Ginger but my SIL LOVES the Pink Grapefruit cream. I haven't tried the sugar scrub but SIL says it is the BEST to hit the market in a very long time.

Good luck!

I'm still using the Crabtree and Evelyn Goatmilk :icon_chee It's not oily at all, anything that is too oily makes my nails split and peel.

I tried Burt's Bees, Banana something and it was too oily.

I used the Nutrogena Norwegian for awhile too, it's great for the skin but did nothing for my nails.

The Vaseline brand always gave me rashes and made my nails peel.

Nivea makes a night renewal cream which I also like but it's not for carrying around in your purse.

Avon's Anew hand cream works the best of anything I've ever tried (/w spf 15) but it's $15 for a not so big tube and it has a gold shimmer in it which gets under your nails and looks like dirt. A tube was only lasting me 2 weeks, for me that's way too expensive.

The only things I want to try that I haven't yet is L'Occitane's hand creams (there's a boutique nearby that'll I'll have to visit someday) and OPI's creams (next time I'm at the salon).

I hope you find something, it really isn't easy!

Living in the desert, my skin is always parched, specially my hands. I've tried a million different hand creams, and my favorite is Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream. The tube is so little, but the cream is so concentrated you don't need very much of it. Of course, because it's so thick it takes a minute to absorb. But it leaves my hands super soft!

i religously use the body shop hemp protector. personally i like the smell but thats me. i got my mom and sister addicted to the stuff too.

I'll write what I wrote in the other forum aswell: Right now it's Nivea's Anti aging Q10 hand cream. I was introducded to it by a dear friend. It leaves my hands smooth and wrinkle free for the time being. But twice a week, I put on a olive oil on my hand over night, and put on cotton gloves, and I wake up with smooth and hydated hands. Try it, with any oil...

I have VERY dry skin on my hands, think cracked, bleeding, painful, pretty much the worst-case scenario. I love the Olay Quench hand lotion for during the day, it absorbs into your hands to well you forget it's on, but it's not that moisturizing. I use the L'Occitaine hand cream at night, and once my hands got used to it, I really like it. Hope that helps!

A division of the company I work for actually makes a hand lotion called Happy Hands. Unfortunately, it's not available to the general public (we sell industrial supplies, so you can see why), but a very close match would be Gloves In A Bottle. I use that, too! I've also used Mary Kay's Satin Hands and I absolutely love it, but I find the whole independant sales rep thing a burden. Although, now that they have websites......I may switch back to that. It is truly an awesome product. Your hands literally feel like satin after using the treatment. *OH, and I just love their Satin Lips, too!*

I love Palmer's Cocoa Butter hand lotion - I like it so much I'm thinking of buying their cocoa butter soap and using it on my face.
