Hair Removal

I hope this is the proper thread. What is the most effective way to remove hair from the legs and face? Sometimes I feel like a Yeti because it seems as if I shave my legs a lot. I am considering either electrolsis or laser teatments.

Waxing is less expensive and the hair takes about 6 weeks to grow back.

Lasers are what I'm using. I'm pleased with the results. However, I've never tried electrolysis. Lasers are much less painful than waxing.

Thanks for the responses. My concern about lasers is what I have read concerning what it may do to the skin.

Well. for the face if you want a cheap fix, I suggest you use a delipatory cream.

I've never had any problems with my skin after doing laser hair removal (I'm very pale with dark brown hair-which is considered the ideal candidate). I've gone to different places and have used different lasers and none of them have given my skin a bad reaction. I think spa-addicts.com has reviews of different places that offer laser hair removal.

There are several threads on this subject here, so be sure to check them out as well. It seems to be more common than I realized. Facial hair is my biggest complaint and most embarrassing problem.
