So I just dyed my hair a bright red brown this past Thursday. I've been holding out washing my hair because I really want to preserve the color. My stylist recommended Bumble & Bumble's Hair Powder, which I can use dry to absorb the oils from my scalp. Has anyone tried this product or anything similiar? I gotta wash my hair soon!

I've been wanting to try this powder out as well...it's supposed to be like a dry shampoo. I hope they didn't discontinue it...YIKES. It's selling for $60.00 on ebay? No thanks. It was only $19.99 at one time. Joy, did you check the B&B website?

Hi, well I've wanted to try the product as well so I went into the B&B salon and asked them about it but the receptionist told me that the product is being repackaged and will be out again in January. But for now I'm using the Psssssst spray.

Honestly... I know nothing about this powder.. but I swear baby powder works.Put some in before you go to bed.. even if it seems like a lot... sleep on it and if need be blow dry the roots in the am for some volume.

I've use this method for years!!

60 bucks? Yikes! I once use a dry shampoo, never again. I was in the hospital for a week b/c of a really bad wreck I was in (6 years ago) and I smelled so bad, I didnt know cause I was so out of it with the morphine drip and all, but my mom later told me I stunk, haha. She had bought me some dry shampoo b/c my hair was so greasy and smelly (I couldnt shower for a week after the hospital visit either so I smelled BAD), but she put it all in my hair and it was still stinky and greasy, it did nothing. I actually could smell the stank at that point

Maybe they work if you havent gone that long, but I will stick to shampooing in the shower every other day
