Hair color at home

I have always used the box hair color from Walmart, CVS, etc. Now I want to try one from Sallys. Could someone please explain to me how they choose the color and the developer to help you get the results for the color swatches. I never have done this before and I found the color I want, but I know they help you choose the developer or something like that. I want to understand before I go to purchase this. Also on their site, they have your natural color swatches on a chart, but mine , which is a strawberry red blonde is not listed, in fact i see no reds listed on the natural hair color chart. Your developer is going to depend on what color your hair is starting out, and what color you are trying to get to. When you go in, just ask for help, they'll show you exactly what you need. Or, if you wanna, pm me a pic of your hair and what color you want it to be!
