I always dry and iron my hair, but I don't put on any product before other than shampoo and conditioner and obviously that's not enought to protect it from the harmful effects of the heat, so I get split ends quicker.

Is there any product you think is best for keeping your hair from getting heat damage?

I like Tony&Guy for hair styling and Garnier shapmoo and conditioner. Is ther anything from those two lines that anyone recommends?

TIGI S-Factor Flat Iron Shine Spray, or Kenra Thermal Styling Spray are both good heat protectors that give shine as well.

I'm not quite sure what to recommend before you blow dry or iron your hair. But try dabbing a little bit of olive oil onto your ends. It'll smooth them out and make them less noticeable. Plus, it's cheap

I never put anything on it when I'd straighten but I'm lucky I don't get split ends easily. It would take a lot for my hair. But lately I've been just putting in a de-frizzer

I use Chi Silk Infusions serum and the Keratin spray. I'm not sure if it works or not, but I use a hairdryer and curling iron/flat iron on a regular basis and my hair is okay (not great, not horrible).
