I peeled a potatoe and put it through my juicer I took the juice and washed my tired burning red eyes. My eyes are whiter and refreshed. Has anyone else done this before?

Wont it hurt? I rather use eye drops cuz I'm not dare washing my eyes with potato juice.

I've never heard of that. Interesting! When i want to refresh my eyes, i use eye masks straight out of the fridge - the ones with some sort of solution through it - so cold and lovely.

i don't think teb put the juice in her eyes ... i think she closed her eyes and splashed it on ??

Hi,

No I haven't heard of this before. Where did you discover this technique?

:icon_scratch: OK...so you're sitting around the kitchen having a glass of iced tea(apparently with a lot of vodka in it) and you spy a potatoe across the room! So you say to yourself, "Self, I bet if I make that potatoe into juice it will be a great refresher for my eyes!" ??????

OK, I supposed worse things have happened during a drinking binge. lol

Even it's just a splash, but there's still juices went thru the eyes.

Btw, I'm wondering where teb came up with this treament recipe.

I've heard of people slicing potatoes and putting them on your eyes to take away redness and puffiness. I guess it the same idea, glad it worked for you!!

Hi,

But it's just resting on top of the closed lid, correct? I know about the cucumber slices, just never heard of the technique with the potatoes. :wassatt:

I have tried this but I didnt juice them I simply cut it and kept the on my lids!I do this when my eyes are tried and I saw this tip in some website!
