Growing layers out?

ok so i grew my relaxer out and im all natural curly, but now i want to grow my layers out........like i wanna be all one length...........whats a good technique for growing the layers out and still keep the hair looking nice ???????????

Well... when you go for trims, you have to only trim the length. That's for starters. Then I would just suggest curling the ends of the layers under and styling them the way you normally would. Eventually they will grow out and be even with the length. Layers look good at all lengths, so you shouldn't have a problem.
