eat multivitamins, and take care of your health. get regular trims so you dont develop split ends and use good shampoos and generally take good care of your hair. if you do, the ends wont break off, so it will seem like it grows faster.
There really isn't anything magical out there, but vitamin, trims, and some TLC are all good ways to keep it healthy. Your hair grows differently throughout the year and with different temperatures. If you live in a warmer climate (or in the summer) it tends to grow faster than in the winter or colder areas.
