"Grain de millium"

I don't know how to translate it. It is not a acneic spot, it is something a little bit deeper under your skin, white and "solid" . My dermatologist and I have the habit to "open" it with a blade (very softly or it leaves little scars and it irritates skin :/).

Do you have any others ideas to get rid of this ?

What about dermabrasion ?

I think its called millia in english . I don't think there are other ways to get rid of it /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> my derm opens mine too but he gives me scar fading cream to use afterwards and I haven't had any problems with scarring.
