I posted in here a while back about how horrible my eczema was. I had extremely dry skin that would crack and itch horribly. I was in so much pain during the wintertime because of it. Well, it turns I had been dehydrated! My IBS has gotten much better and my eczema, though still here, is not even 1/8 as bad as it was. Since starting WW and changing my diet and making sure I get enough water, my health has improved so much. I'm so glad. Something to try if you're having health issues like this, make sure you get your full water intake. :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Oh wow.. thats really excellent.. My best friends daughter has had it.. and she was miserable..

oooo thanks for the tip!

my eczema came back (after like years of not having it), and its been driving me insane.

thanks for the tip. i started having eczema when i was pregnant with my second daughter. and thing is, i only got it on my fingers! and they itched, cracked and bled. i still have them! and i've been eczema-free my whole life!

i tend to get eczema if i don't put handcream in winter. i use Cu Zn cream from Uriage, it's made for atopic and sensitive skins, so it helps reduce eczema. i know homeopathy did miracles for my little brother when he was a baby.

I use aloe vera gel for my eczema . It's natural and doesnt sting when my skin is cracked. I'm glad you found something that works for you. Having eczema sucks.

Thanks everyone. The more water I drink, the better my skin does. :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> I really should have taken before pics so I could post afters. It is truly amazing the difference.

That's great!

Hubby has mild eczema, and Cetaphil moisturizing cream (the tub of stuff that a lot of girls use on their face) helps him a lot as long as he uses it every day!
